*Reduced – The reduced ticket is available for people with disabilities (including caregivers) and seniors. Student ticket upon presentation of a valid student ID or school card.
*Persons in wheelchairs – The museum has three levels and is not fully adapted for people with disabilities. It is possible to explore the exhibition on level 0.
*School group ticket – for classes of up to 30 people.

Yes, if tickets are available on the website, you can purchase them at the reception. However, if tickets are not available on the website, they cannot be purchased at the museum reception.
We encourage you to buy tickets online.

A discount on the museum entrance fee is granted, among others, to children under 14 years of age, students, and individuals up to 26 years of age upon presentation of a relevant document. Discounts are also available to individuals over 65 years of age, retirees, disability pensioners, and individuals with disabilities along with their caregivers. The eligibility for discounted museum tickets is confirmed by presenting a retiree-disability card or a document certifying disability (degree of disability).

When you find the exhibition you’re interested in, simply click the „Buy Ticket” button next to it to proceed to the ticket purchase process. Next, you’ll be able to choose the type and quantity of tickets. In the following step, fill in the purchase form with your name, surname, and email address. Make sure to double-check the email address to which we will send your electronic ticket. Finally, choose the payment method and complete the order.

No, printing the tickets is not required. We encourage you to show your tickets electronically at the event, either on your phone or tablet.

Tickets can only be refunded in specific cases: when an exhibition is canceled or when a significant portion of the installations is closed.

Changes to the reservation date can be made up to a maximum of 5 days before the original date. To make changes to the date, please send an email to recepcja@meltmuseum.com

The sale of tickets to the museum is handled by the company Going. If you encounter any issues, please report your case using the following link:

The museum’s address is 2a Plac Powstańców Warszawy Street, and the entrance to the museum is from Warecka Street.

The touring time is unlimited. Typically, it lasts 45 minutes to 60 minutes.

We allow recording of photo/video materials but without the use of professional equipment and solely for private use.

We encourage you to visit our museum with children. Children up to 4 years old can visit for free.

Due to loud sounds, mirrors, and special effects such as smoke, we do not recommend bringing pets to the museum.

The museum has a self service locker-room. The museum is not responsible for items left in the locker-room.
